Fuel Injectors

Fuel injectors are the heart of a diesel fuel system, and they are what we work on every day at Diesel Fuel Injection Service. They meter and spray fuel into the cylinders at very high pressure, so even small wear changes how the engine runs. Worn or failing injectors show up as rough idle, smoke, hard starting, poor fuel economy and, in some cases, fuel in the oil.

Shop stock replacement injectors, both new and remanufactured, from Bosch, Delphi, Alliant Power, D&W and others, sorted by engine family and generation. For more power, we carry performance injectors from Industrial Injection, Exergy, DDP and Dynomite Diesel. You will also find injector nozzles and injector cups, sleeves and hardware.

Many remanufactured injectors carry a core charge, which is refunded when you send back your old injector in rebuildable condition. Replacing injectors as a full set is usually best, and new seals, hold-down bolts and return lines are worth replacing at the same time.
